I have done this across ten-plus brands in multifamily and student housing, building content strategies, launching campaigns, managing websites, producing events, and finding every automation along the way that lets the team do more with less.

I grew up in Chicago and studied psychology at UT Austin, which gave me something I use every single day: a genuine fascination with why people do what they do. Understanding human behavior is not a framework I apply to marketing. It is just how I think. I want to know what moves people, what makes them stop scrolling, what makes them trust a brand, and what finally makes them act.

I joined LV Collective during college, when it was a 20-person company with a two-person marketing team. I did not know then that I would still be there five years later, having touched nearly every marketing function the company has, watching it grow to 200-plus people and a 20-plus person department, and building things I am genuinely proud of along the way.

I thrive in fast-paced environments where the problems are not fully figured out yet. I like the complexity. I like finding the insight buried in the data, building the strategy around it, and then telling the story that makes it land. That combination of analytical and creative is where I do my best work.

Work I have led or contributed to has been recognized by the Multifamily Executive Awards, Student Housing Business, Multi-Housing News, CoStar, and the American Advertising Awards, among others. That includes Grand Winner for Marketing and Advertising for Rambler ATX, Multifamily Development of the Year for both Paseo and Moontower Phoenix, and multiple wins for best marketing and lease up and best mobile marketing across the portfolio.
